10-month-old baby girl dies in Changhua, father alleges trailer living, vows justice

The Changhua District Court charged the mother and stepfather with causing death by hindering development, noting their admission of guilt but denial of intent. They were granted bail and ordered to report to the police daily. The father plans to hold a private funeral for his daughter on November 19, requesting that media not be present to allow the child a peaceful departure.
