319 families in Kyrgyzstan's Talas receive housing via state mortgage program

In Talas, Kyrgyzstan, 319 families have received keys to their new apartments in the 'Tynchtyk Ordo' residential complex, built by the State Mortgage Company. The handover ceremony marked a significant milestone for the region, with Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev attending the event as part of his working trip to the Talas region.

The 'Tynchtyk Ordo' complex comprises 11 blocks and offers a total of 319 apartments. Prime Minister Kasymaliev, speaking on behalf of the president and the cabinet of ministers, congratulated the new homeowners. He highlighted that the development of accessible mortgage programs is a key priority of the state's policy.
