375 Children Sent to Cholpon-Ata's 'Altyn Balalyk' Center for Summer Recreation

A total of 375 children from socially vulnerable segments of the population have been dispatched to the "Altyn Balalyk" (Golden Childhood) center in Cholpon-Ata for their summer holidays. This initiative is part of the current health improvement campaign organized by the Ministry of Labor.

The first group of children included those from Bishkek, as well as the Chuy, Issyk-Kul, Naryn, and Talas regions. Minister of Labor Kanat Sagynbaev personally supervised the children's departure on June 10. The program is designed to run in 11 stages, with a total of 800 children expected to participate throughout the summer.

"Altyn Balalyk" is dedicated to providing children with a healthy, enjoyable, and safe summer vacation. The program specifically includes children with disabilities in each stage. Its overarching goals are to enhance the well-being of children from disadvantaged backgrounds, ensure their proper rest and recreation, and foster their social integration. Minister Sagynbaev stated, "It is very important for us that every child has the opportunity to spend their summer vacation in interesting, health-promoting, and safe conditions."
