ABB and GV San José Draw 2-2 in El Alto

ABB and GV San José played to a 2-2 draw on Saturday in El Alto, as part of the 16th round of the 2026 Liga de la División Profesional. ABB held a commanding 2-0 lead at halftime, but GV San José staged a second-half comeback to salvage a point.

Juan Fajardo opened the scoring for ABB from the penalty spot in the 28th minute after a foul by José Quispe on Emanuel Paniagua. Fajardo extended ABB's lead in the 34th minute, converting an assist from Paniagua to beat goalkeeper Germán Arauz.

GV San José began their comeback in the second half. In the 63rd minute, Zinedine La Fuente inadvertently scored an own goal while attempting to clear a corner kick, narrowing the deficit. The pressure from the Oruro-based team continued until Guimer Justiniano found the equalizer in the 91st minute, nullifying ABB's first-half advantage.

With this result, ABB has accumulated 17 points and sits in thirteenth place in the league standings. GV San José, meanwhile, reaches 13 points and moves out of the last position.
