Accident in Germany leaves seven injured, four seriously

A serious traffic accident in Malsch, located in the Karlsruhe district of Baden-Württemberg, Germany, has left seven people injured, four of them severely. The collision involved two cars and occurred on Saturday evening.

According to initial police reports, the accident happened near a temporary exit. A 23-year-old driver was reportedly attempting to turn off the road when a 26-year-old driver initiated an overtaking maneuver. The two vehicles collided, with one car being thrown across the road, hitting several barriers before coming to rest in the green verge. The other vehicle was forced onto a field to the left.

All seven individuals involved in the crash were transported to local hospitals for treatment. The severity of their injuries ranges from minor to severe. Police are continuing their investigation into the exact circumstances that led to the collision.
