In response to the situation, Truong Lang Hach's team released a statement apologizing for the disruption. They acknowledged the fans' enthusiasm and expressed regret that the planned meeting could not proceed as scheduled. The team committed to fully covering all travel, accommodation, and other related expenses for fans who had traveled to Nanning for the event.

"The safety of everyone is always the top priority and the prerequisite for all activities to take place," the statement read. "Every time we meet, we clearly feel everyone's enthusiasm and sincerity. You come with happy moods, but end up leaving disappointed. Our mood is the same as everyone's, deeply regretful and apologetic."

The actor's popularity has surged significantly, especially following the success of the historical romance drama 'Truc Ngoc,' where he starred alongside Tian Xi Wei. This increased fame has led to numerous commercial contracts, with his market value reportedly increasing sixfold. Reports suggest that while filming 'Truc Ngoc,' the production team prioritized costumes and set design, leading the lead actors, including Truong Lang Hach, to accept reduced salaries.
