A high-stakes legal and personal battle is unfolding between Chinese actress Jing Tian and cryptocurrency mogul Sun Yuchen, with reports suggesting Jing is urgently seeking to sell her prime Shanghai property amidst the escalating conflict.

Sources and leaked chat logs circulating online claim Sun Yuchen proposed a drastic settlement offer to Jing Tian before heading to court. The alleged ultimatum presented two options: either Jing Tian would continue to have a child with him, or she would pay a staggering 200 million yuan (approximately $940 million TWD) in damages. This demand reportedly includes the return of 20 million yuan in dating expenses and 30 million yuan for preliminary surrogacy nutrition fees.

Coincidentally, Jing Tian's luxurious riverside apartment in Shanghai, known as 'Greenland Huangpu Bay,' has recently been listed for sale with a price tag of 155 million yuan (around $6.8 billion TWD). The property's availability for negotiation has fueled speculation that Jing is attempting to raise funds to meet Sun's alleged demands.

The dispute has drawn commentary from other figures in the cryptocurrency world. Yi Lihua, another prominent figure, claimed on X that Jing Tian had approached him through a friend to mediate with Sun Yuchen. Yi stated he found the situation untenable, remarking on Sun's reputation and advising celebrities and athletes to manage their finances prudently.

Jing Tian's studio has publicly denounced Sun's claims as 'attention-seeking behavior' and stated that the legal process will determine the outcome.
