Adnan Beker comments on son's detention: 'All tests came back negative'

Oğuzhan Beker, son of CHP Ankara Deputy Adnan Beker, has been detained as part of an investigation into drug use and prostitution led by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. The detention has prompted a statement from Adnan Beker addressing the media reports concerning his son.

In his social media post, Adnan Beker asserted that contrary to the allegations, all tests conducted on his son at a fully equipped, internationally accredited laboratory, approved by the Ministry of Health, yielded negative results. He emphasized that his son was cleared of any wrongdoing based on these comprehensive examinations.

Beker further stated that his legal team will formally object to the forensic medical report that formed the basis of the proceedings. They have also submitted a request for a re-evaluation of the case at the Forensic Medicine Institute in Ankara, where Oğuzhan Beker resides. Beker vowed to pursue the matter until the truth is revealed, stating they would not tolerate "dirty manipulations and base slanders."
