Ajman Real Estate Transactions Hit Dhs1.65 Billion in July

The real estate market in Ajman experienced a robust performance in July, with transactions valued at Dhs1.65 billion. A total of 1,517 deals were recorded during the month, signaling strong activity in the emirate's property sector.

Breaking down the figures, the trading volume alone amounted to Dhs1.08 billion, spread across 1,296 transactions. Additionally, the mortgage sector saw significant engagement, with 138 transactions totaling Dhs341 million. Notably, Al Jurf Industrial 1 registered the highest single mortgage transaction, valued at Dhs20.9 million.

Officials attribute this success to the sector's upward trajectory and positive momentum. Diverse investment opportunities and growing direct demand for various property types across the emirate are fueling this exceptional activity. Ajman Uptown emerged as the most traded major project, followed by Ajman One and Emirates City, reflecting sustained investor interest.
