ALV Music and Art Festival to be held September 19-20

The Austrian High School Alumni Foundation is set to host the 7th ALV Music and Art Festival, an annual event that has become a significant cultural gathering. This year's festival is scheduled for September 19-20 and will be held at the Austrian Consulate General's premises in Yeniköy, Istanbul.

The festival promises a rich and varied program designed to appeal to a wide range of art and music enthusiasts. Attendees can expect performances spanning genres from classical music and jazz to popular songs and Turkish arrangements. The event will also showcase the talents of artists from both Turkey and Austria, fostering cultural exchange between the two nations.

In addition to the musical performances, the festival will feature a painting exhibition under the theme "Beyond the Visible." This exhibition will complement the musical offerings, providing a visual arts component to the cultural celebration. The event, initiated in 2018 by alumni of the St. Georg Austrian High School, continues its tradition of bringing together artists and audiences in a unique setting.
