Amelie Lens and Angèle Surprise Dour Festival Crowd with Joint Performance

Belgian DJ Amelie Lens delivered a surprise performance at Dour Festival's main stage, inviting fellow Belgian artist Angèle to join her during her headline set. The unexpected collaboration electrified the crowd as the two performed their new single, "run."

Angèle is the only featured artist on Lens's highly anticipated debut album, titled "AURA," which is scheduled for release in September. The single "run" offers a preview of the collaboration, showcasing the synergy between the techno DJ and the pop star.

Both artists are no strangers to the Dour Festival stage. Amelie Lens, a globally recognized techno DJ from Antwerp, first performed at the festival in 2016. Angèle, known internationally for collaborations including one with Dua Lipa, has also made Dour a regular stop, often coinciding with her album launches. Her new album, "Instinct," is also slated for release later this year.

Lens is set to present her album "AURA" at a major show at the Royal Museum of Fine Arts Antwerp (KMSKA) later this year. The surprise appearance at Dour highlights the strong connection between the artists and their shared history with the prominent Belgian music festival.
