Analysis Bertelsmann Foundation: Few Children in RLP Receive Participation Funds

Financial aid aimed at enabling children's participation in various activities is proving difficult to access for many young people in Germany's Rhineland-Palatinate (RLP), according to a new analysis by the Bertelsmann Foundation. The study indicates that only a small fraction of children eligible for these 'participation funds' are actually receiving them.

The foundation's research points to significant obstacles that prevent the effective flow of these funds to the intended recipients.
