Sixteen civil associations in the Igneon commune, affiliated with Tinghir province, have corresponded with the governor of this province, requesting the appointment of a joint regional technical committee to conduct a field inspection of the irregularities plaguing the liquid sanitation project in the commune center and to ensure the quality of the work before its completion.

The associations initially welcomed the project, especially with the involvement of the "Agence d'Urbanisation" (Urban Development Agency), hoping for a high-quality, comprehensive outcome. However, their on-site observations revealed shortcomings that have eroded confidence and sparked civil action.
