Hollywood actress Anne Hathaway has directly addressed online speculation questioning the authenticity of her baby bump during a recent red carpet event. Responding to comments suggesting her pregnancy was "fake," Hathaway posted a video on Instagram with the caption, "my hair work was all a lie, but the bump is real."

The 43-year-old actress appeared at the premiere of her film 'The End of the Street' on August 9, wearing a halterneck top and low-rise jeans that showcased her pregnant belly. While Hathaway confidently displayed her pregnancy, some internet users expressed doubts about the appearance of her bump, with one commenter stating, "Sorry but that looks fake."

In her Instagram video, Hathaway shared behind-the-scenes preparation for the premiere, including her hairstylist creating a voluminous ponytail. She humorously pointed out, "my hair is not mine," before revealing her full look, including the outfit designed by Prabal Gurung.
