APC Chieftain Hails Wike on Abuja Transformation

Princewill Dike, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Rivers State, has lauded the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, for what he terms a significant infrastructure transformation across Abuja. Dike, a legal practitioner based in Port Harcourt, observed that Wike, the former Rivers State governor, has made substantial developmental strides, particularly with the inauguration of Phase One of the Kuje-Gwagwalada dual carriageway.

Speaking to journalists, Dike stated that the minister's 30-day project inauguration in Abuja, coinciding with President Bola Tinubu’s third anniversary in office, exemplifies the president's "Renewed Hope Agenda." He emphasized that these projects signify a deliberate move towards inclusive development and underscore the administration's commitment to extending governance beyond the capital's central districts.

Dike specifically commended Wike's practical and people-oriented approach to project execution in satellite communities. He noted that the minister's delivery of strategic infrastructure aligns with President Tinubu's directive to ensure Abuja serves all Nigerians, not just those in affluent areas. The completed seven-kilometer dual carriageway, inaugurated by Vice President Kashim Shettima, was described by President Tinubu as a landmark intervention poised to enhance security, commerce, and ease of movement.
