Appeals Court Reverses Release Order for Pro-Palestinian Activist Mohsen Mahdawi

Mahdawi, a student protest organizer, has been the subject of deportation proceedings initiated by the Trump administration for more than a year. That ruling is now nullified by Tuesday's decision.
