Apple hikes subscription prices in Turkey: Apple Music and iCloud+ costs surge

Apple has implemented a significant price increase for its Apple Music and iCloud+ subscription services in Turkey, alongside several other countries. The adjustments, which have taken effect recently, see substantial hikes across various plans.

For Apple Music, individual subscriptions have risen by approximately 50%. The student plan, previously priced at 32.99 Turkish Lira per month, now costs 49.99 TL. The individual plan has jumped from 59.99 TL to 89.99 TL, and the family plan has increased from 99.99 TL to 149.99 TL.

In addition to music streaming, Apple has also updated its iCloud+ storage pricing. The company has raised prices for all paid storage options, with the most significant percentage increase observed in the 2 TB package. The 50 GB plan now costs 49.99 TL, up from 39.99 TL. The 200 GB plan has increased from 129.99 TL to 169.99 TL. The 2 TB plan sees a substantial jump from 399.99 TL to 549.99 TL. Larger plans also saw increases, with the 6 TB plan rising to 1,699.99 TL from 1,299.99 TL, and the 12 TB plan increasing to 3,399.99 TL from 2,499.99 TL.
