Argentina: Anses details June pension payments, including increases and bonuses

Argentina's National Social Security Administration (Anses) has detailed its payment schedule for June, outlining when retirees and pensioners can expect to receive their benefits. Those with a national identity document (DNI) ending in 2 and receiving minimum pensions are slated to be paid on Wednesday, June 10. The same day, Non-Contributory Pensions (PNC) will also be distributed.

Retirees whose pensions exceed the minimum amount will receive their payments on Wednesday, June 24. This month's payments incorporate a 2.58% increase, reflecting April's inflation rate of 2.6%. This adjustment is calculated monthly based on precise inflation figures.

In addition to the regular pension increase, eligible recipients will receive an extraordinary bonus of 70,000 pesos. This bonus has remained consistent for over two years and is primarily intended for those receiving minimum pensions, Non-Contributory Pensions, or PUAM (Universal Pension for Older Adults). For beneficiaries with pensions above the minimum, the bonus is prorated to ensure their total income reaches 473,317.99 pesos.

The aguinaldo, or year-end bonus, is paid concurrently with the main pension. Anses distributes these payments according to income levels and DNI number endings, ensuring an orderly flow of funds throughout the month. Retirees can verify their specific payment date on the official Anses website.
