Argentina's Football Association (AFA) has officially instituted a new national holiday, celebrating July 15 as the 'Day of Argentine National Football Teams.' This decision unanimously honors a pivotal moment in the nation's football history: the dramatic comeback victory against England in the semifinals of the 2026 World Cup.
