Argentina's AUH Payments for August 2026: DNI Ending in 7 to Receive Funds on August 20

Argentine social security agency Anses has released its payment schedule for August 2026, detailing when beneficiaries of the Universal Child Allowance (AUH) can expect to receive their funds. Those with a national identity document (DNI) ending in the number 7 are slated to receive their payments on Thursday, August 20.

The August payments incorporate a 1.89% adjustment, reflecting the inflation recorded in June, which stood at 1.9%. This monthly adjustment ensures that the value of the allowance keeps pace with rising prices. The AUH amount for August 2026 is set at $120,675.30, with a significantly higher amount of $392,935.68 designated for recipients with a child or children with disabilities.

Additionally, 20% of the total allowance remains withheld. This portion will be released upon presentation of the "Libreta AUH," a document used to verify school attendance and healthcare for the children benefiting from the program. The AUH is a key social welfare program in Argentina, aimed at supporting families with children under 18, currently reaching approximately 2.5 million families and benefiting around 4.3 million minors.
