Argentina's Banco Ciudad and AABE Announce June Property Auctions

Banco Ciudad and the Agency of Administration of State Assets (AABE) are set to conduct a series of public property auctions throughout June and July. These auctions will feature real estate located in various neighborhoods of Buenos Aires and across different provinces of Argentina.

The base prices for the properties on offer range significantly, starting from around US$28,000 for a studio apartment in Caballito and extending up to approximately US$435,144 for a property in Constitución. Interested parties are required to register up to 48 business hours before each auction via the bank's auction website and must complete a caution deposit transfer, the amount of which varies based on the specific auction conditions.

Key properties include a studio apartment at Rojas 335/41 in Caballito, with a starting bid of US$28,111.89, scheduled for auction on June 5. In Palermo, an urban plot with a ground floor and first-floor construction at Jerónimo Salguero 1709/11 will be auctioned with a base price of US$383,258.74 on the same day. Additionally, a studio apartment in Mataderos at Larrazábal 1335/39, featuring a terrace, will go under the hammer for a starting bid of US$30,256.54.

Further offerings include a property in Constitución on Avenida Entre Ríos 1824, a plot of 342.60 m² with a base price of US$435,144.87. The auctions also feature a department in Recoleta at Arenales 2546, available from US$115,107. Some properties, like the one in Palermo and Constitución, cannot be visited in person prior to the auction.
