Argentine woman accused of poisoning co-worker's drink with rat poison

The alleged incident occurred at the "El Señor de los Novillos" butcher shop in Corral de Bustos Iffinger. She is then seen manipulating the thermos again shortly after, possibly to ensure the poison dissolved. The victim reportedly began feeling unwell shortly after consuming the mate, leading to his rapid departure from work and subsequent hospitalization.

The butcher shop's owner filed a complaint, prompting an investigation. Authorities conducted a search of the woman's residence, reportedly seizing a cell phone and rat poison. The accused has been arrested and faces charges of minor injury by poisoning, according to the prosecutor's office in Corral de Bustos Iffinger.
