Audax Italiano names Patricio Graff as new coach

Audax Italiano has officially welcomed Patricio Graff as the new head coach of their first team, signaling a "new stage, the same usual enthusiasm" for the club.

Graff, an Argentine, takes over from his compatriot Gustavo Lema, who departed the club a few weeks ago. Lema's exit followed an inconsistent first half of the season for Audax Italiano, which saw the team languishing in the lower half of the Liga de Primera standings and failing to advance from the group stage of the Copa Sudamericana.

The new coach brings a wealth of experience from Chilean football, having previously managed Coquimbo Unido, O'Higgins, and Palestino. His most recent coaching roles were in Spain, where he managed various teams and served as an assistant coach to Eduardo Coudet at Alavés in Spain's LaLiga.

Graff has arrived in La Florida, the team's base, accompanied by Francisco Gabriel Guerrero as his assistant coach and Juan Francisco Gómez as the physical trainer. The club will be looking to his leadership to revitalize their performance in the upcoming season.
