August Property Auctions Announced by Banco Ciudad and AABE

The starting prices for these properties vary significantly, beginning at US$36,727.98 and reaching up to US$808,000. These diverse offerings cater to a range of potential buyers. To participate, interested individuals must register on the bank's auction website at least 48 business hours prior to the auction date. Registration involves transferring a caution deposit, the amount of which fluctuates based on the specific conditions of each auction.

Several properties are highlighted, including a multi-level "PH" (Propiedad Horizontal) in Palermo at Serrano 1424/26, with a base price of US$138,880.80 and a guarantee deposit of US$4,166.22. This unit offers 80.59 m² of covered space, 17.84 m² of semi-covered space, and 58.54 m² of uncovered space. In Recoleta, a three-room apartment on the tenth floor at Dr. Tomás Manuel de Anchorena 1471/75 will be auctioned for a minimum of US$96,828.31, with a deposit of US$2,904.84. This apartment includes a living-dining room with a balcony, two bedrooms, a powder room, a main bathroom, and a kitchen with a laundry area and service room.

Further offerings include a three-room apartment in Villa Urquiza on Avenida Mendoza 5089, starting at US$63,439.24. This unit has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and space for a powder room, covering 52.41 m² of built area and 6.10 m² of uncovered space. In Floresta, a two-room apartment on the second floor at Avenida Avellaneda 3703/05/09 will be auctioned for US$36,727.98. It features a living-dining area, one bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a laundry space. Finally, a two-room unit in San Nicolás at an internal disposition will be auctioned for US$43,405, with a deposit of US$1,302.17.
