While the team might only have one to a maximum of three training days at their base camp in California, ÖFB Managing Director Bernhard Neuhold emphasized that it remains "the only sensible option" for preparation. Neuhold also addressed the financial incentives associated with advancing. He confirmed that a prize of one million dollars is at stake if the team progresses.
