Avocado, red bean collide in deliciousness: Wandan Farmers' Association holds "Avocado Has Thoughts" creative cuisine competition

The Wandan Township Farmers' Association in Pingtung County, Taiwan, celebrated its third annual "Avocado Has Thoughts" creative cuisine competition on July 5. This event highlights the unique culinary potential of combining the region's renowned red beans with its high-quality avocados.

Over 20 teams, comprising both social and student participants, showcased their skills and creativity. They developed innovative dishes that fused the flavors and textures of these two key local agricultural products. The competition aims to promote local produce and encourage new ways of enjoying traditional ingredients.
