Azul Azul says it fully complies with Universidad de Chile agreement

Cecilia Pérez, president of Azul Azul, stated that the concessionaire believes it has "cumplimiento a cabalidad" (full compliance) with the agreement and its protocol with the Universidad de Chile.

Pérez confirmed that Azul Azul has requested a meeting with university representatives to discuss the ongoing review of their agreement. She noted that the university indicated a maximum of four concessionaire representatives could attend. Pérez expressed openness to analyzing aspects the university wishes to discuss, including any perceived "incumplimientos" (non-compliance).

"We believe we have full compliance with the protocol and the agreement," Pérez reiterated. She added that Azul Azul is willing to review points where the university believes there might be non-compliance and values the opportunity for a meeting. However, she stated that Azul Azul will wait for a final report before issuing a formal response.

In a separate matter, Pérez mentioned that player Lucas Assadi has "interest from many teams" and that his contract includes an "exit clause that every offer must meet."
