BBNaija S11: Abi emerges fourth head of house, nine face eviction

Abisola "Abi" Ayoola has emerged as the fourth Head of House in the ongoing Big Brother Naija Season 11, securing immunity for her team for the week. Abi clinched the title after a competitive arena game, ultimately defeating Chimsom Chuka in the final round.

Her victory is significant as it marks the third consecutive week a female housemate has held the Head of House position, following previous wins by Sheba and Neche. Big Brother Naija officially congratulated Abi on its X account, stating, "Congratulations Abi, you did it!"

The Head of House challenge involved several stages, starting with a Colour Wheel game, followed by a puzzle assembly and painting semi-final. Abi, Chimsom, Tram, and Ricky advanced to the semi-finals, with Abi and Chimsom proceeding to the final memory and image-recreation challenge.

Following her win, Abi exercised her Head of House powers to save Bells and Bluethopia from the week's eviction list. She then replaced them with three members of her own team: Yusuf, Araga, and Aikou. Notably, Aikou is part of "The Gambits," a group of housemates who have season-long protection from eviction but are ineligible for the grand prize.

Meanwhile, the nomination process has placed Temi Nkem, Cassi, Gerard, Goddessa, Tram, Nomy, Araga, Yusuf, and Aikou up for possible eviction. Chimsom, who was the runner-up in the Head of House challenge, also secured individual immunity. The current eviction list is subject to potential twists or official confirmation from the show's organizers, with the next live eviction scheduled for Sunday, August 23.
