BBNaija Season 11: Premiere date, ₦160 million prize, and theme revealed

MultiChoice Nigeria has announced that the 11th season of its popular reality television show, Big Brother Naija (BBNaija), is set to premiere on Sunday, July 26, 2026. The announcement came during a media briefing that detailed the new season's prize package, sponsors, broadcast details, and audition process.

Since its revival in 2006, BBNaija has become a significant fixture in Nigeria's pop culture landscape. The show has been instrumental in launching the careers of numerous entertainers, entrepreneurs, and media personalities. It also serves as a vital platform for brands seeking to connect with young audiences through various forms of engagement, including sponsorships and challenges.

This upcoming season, themed "Everything Is For The Taking," promises a substantial prize package for the winner, totaling ₦160 million. This includes ₦100 million in cash and a new Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV), marking the largest reward in the franchise's history. The show will be hosted once again by media personality Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, who has been a staple of the program since 2017.

Fans can follow the housemates' activities through a 24-hour live feed on DStv Channel 198 and GOtv Channel 49, as well as on DStv Stream and GOtv Stream. BetPawa has joined as the headline sponsor for Season 11, with Guinness returning as Gold Sponsor and Minimie as Associate Sponsor. Physical auditions for the season were held in Lagos, Abuja, and Enugu from May 22 to 24, 2026.
