Bcons PS Land builds on brand trust as it expands in Dong Nai

Bcons PS Land is using its reputation as a foundation for expansion in Dong Nai, where Bcons has launched Bcons Central Park, a high-rise mixed-use housing project in Tam Hiep Ward.

Bcons held the project’s kickoff ceremony on September 4. The development is presented as a green-standard apartment project in Bien Hoa, with more than 60 amenities. It has drawn attention from customers and local residents since the launch, as demand for homes that meet practical housing needs continues to grow in Dong Nai.

The project’s appeal also rests on the role of its distribution partners. Bcons PS Land is described as a strategic distributor and a member of the wider Bcons ecosystem, having been selected to support several successful projects. The company says it has treated trust as a guiding principle since its early days, with advisers expected to provide transparent information, close support and responsible service throughout each transaction.

Bcons PS Land says buyers in Dong Nai are paying closer attention to legal status, living space and the implementation capacity of both developers and distributors. That focus has made brand credibility an important advantage as the company supports Bcons’s expansion into a new market.

The company grew from a group of employees who left Bcons’s sales and project-development department. After working on projects including Bcons City, Bcons Avenue and Bcons Polaris, it developed into a team of more than 400 people. Bcons PS Land now aims to reach 800 employees by the end of 2026, while standardizing staff quality and maintaining the group’s commitments as it takes on multiple projects and enters new markets.
