Belgian Grand Prix 2026 Schedule, Featuring Franco Colapinto

The 2026 Formula 1 season continues this weekend with the Belgian Grand Prix at the historic Spa-Francorchamps circuit, marking the twelfth event of the year. Argentine driver Franco Colapinto, representing Alpine, will be competing. Practice sessions begin on Friday, July 15, with two sessions scheduled for 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM (Argentine time). The drivers' championship is led by Kimi Antonelli of Mercedes with 179 points, followed by his teammate George Russell (154 points) and Lewis Hamilton of Ferrari (147 points). Antonelli has won five races but has not secured a victory in the last three, allowing his rivals to close the gap. In the constructors' championship, Mercedes leads with 333 points, thanks to Antonelli and Russell. Ferrari is second with 255 points, and Alpine is currently fifth with 60 points, accumulated from Colapinto's 18 points and Pierre Gasly's 42 points.
