Bishkek Weather, Events, and Dates for July 30

Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, is set for a sunny July 30 with temperatures expected to reach a high of +36 degrees Celsius. Residents should be aware of scheduled utility disruptions throughout the day as various maintenance works are carried out across different districts.

Power outages are planned from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM on Gogol Street (houses 7, 9, 11), Moskovskaya Street (houses 1, 3, 14, 54), and Suyunbaeva Street (houses 1, 7a, 10/2, 11a, 15, 17, 19, 31). Additional outages are scheduled for Osmonkula Street (house 10) from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Water and gas supply will also be affected in several areas. The "Tunguch" residential area, house 63, will experience outages from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. More extensive disruptions are planned for the "Archa-Beshik" residential area (Sadybakasova, Kuyukova streets) and parts of Kokchetavskaya, Shcherbakova, Togolok Moldo, and Professor Zima streets, along with the "Kalyis-Ordo" residential area and the village of Kara-Zhygach, among others. These outages are scheduled to last from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in various locations.

Beyond the daily logistics, July 30 is recognized internationally as the International Day of Friendship. The United Nations established this day to promote understanding, solidarity, and reconciliation between different peoples through cultural initiatives and dialogue. The day also marks the birthdays of several notable individuals associated with Kyrgyzstan, including Abdurakhmanhadzhi Murtazaliev, First Deputy Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry (born 1983); Alexander Mitsenko, President of the Jiu-Jitsu Federation of Kyrgyzstan (born 1994); and Alexander Mishchenko, a member of the Kyrgyzstan national football team (born 1997).
