Blooming could not hold on to the draw and fell to Nacional Potosí

Blooming built its game around a strong defensive block, found a first-half equalizer, and still left Potosí empty-handed. Nacional Potosí won 2-1 at the Víctor Agustín Ugarte stadium in the 18th round of the Todos contra Todos tournament.

The home side took the initiative from the opening minutes and created the clearest chances. Blooming tried to break quickly after winning the ball, but aerial play repeatedly exposed its main weakness. Mirko Tomianovic struck the crossbar with a free kick from the left edge of the area before Nacional took the lead in the 31st minute.

Torrico sent a corner toward the center of the box, where Nelson Amarilla rose above the defense and headed past Gustavo Almada. Blooming responded just before halftime. Percy Loza advanced down the right and played the ball to Causace, who laid it off for Sebastián Villarroel. Arriving from behind, Villarroel hit a powerful shot to make it 1-1 in the 42nd minute.

Blooming’s defensive work deteriorated after the break, although Almada kept the visitors in the match with several interventions. Almada came off his line, lost sight of the ball, and failed to clear it. Pedro Azogue, unmarked, headed into the net for 2-1.

The goal unsettled Blooming. The team lost its shape and began leaving spaces, although Nacional could not exploit them further. The Potosí side controlled the closing minutes and took a victory that moved it to ninth place with 24 points. Blooming fell to 10th with 23.
