Body Found at Juanda Airport Identified as Bangkalan Civil Servant

Authorities have identified the deceased individual found in a black Toyota Innova at Juanda International Airport's Terminal 1 parking lot as RYS, a 50-year-old civil servant. RYS worked for the Bangkalan Regency's Housing and Settlement Agency (PRKP).

According to the family's lawyer, Risang Bima Wijaya, RYS was last seen by her family on June 18, leaving for work in her official government vehicle. She maintained contact with her family via video calls and messages until the morning of June 20. However, she became completely unreachable thereafter.

Risang noted several suspicious circumstances surrounding RYS's death. Notably, her body was discovered in the front passenger seat, not the driver's seat, leading to speculation that another person was in the car with her. The family lawyer also believes RYS had already passed away before the car was parked at the airport.

While RYS reportedly had a history of recurring stomach issues, her family states she had no known conflicts or disputes with anyone prior to her death. The investigation into the circumstances of her passing is ongoing.
