Bogus Amsterdam Pride flyers name Jewish IDF soldiers, urge reports of 'war criminals'

Mysterious flyers distributed ahead of Pride Amsterdam have falsely accused Jewish IDF soldiers visiting the city of being "war criminals." The flyers, which bore the logos of WorldPride and the City of Amsterdam, urged people to report the soldiers to an organization called RITA.

Both RITA, WorldPride, and the City of Amsterdam have denied any association with the flyers. A spokesperson for Pride Amsterdam stated, "This is not ours; they abused our logo and that of the municipality." RITA confirmed that its logo, name, and reporting form were used without permission, causing confusion and not reflecting the organization's values.

The flyers also directed people to the website of the Hind Rajab Foundation (HRF), an organization known for legal attacks against Israelis. The Center for Information and Documentation Israel (CIDI) criticized the flyers, calling them "legalized Jew-hunting in the logo of the municipality of Amsterdam."

Separately, HRF has targeted an IDF reservist in Utrecht, accusing him of disregarding international law and mocking anti-genocide protesters. Utrecht 4 Palestine also circulated flyers with the soldier's photo, encouraging people to call the police if they spotted him, and various pro-Palestine groups posted on Instagram calling for protests against the event.
