Bombing at Moscow restaurant kills 3: officials

A bombing at a Moscow restaurant on Saturday evening resulted in three fatalities and 21 injuries, Russia's national anti-terrorism committee reported. The committee identified the blast as originating from a homemade explosive device that detonated in the restaurant located on Kudrinskaya Square.

According to the committee's statement, the three individuals who lost their lives were the woman carrying the explosive device into the establishment, a security agent who attempted to stop her, and a customer present at the time. The 21 wounded sustained injuries of varying severity.
