British Royals: Reports: Harry and Meghan considering return to Great Britain

British Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle are reportedly planning a return to the United Kingdom, according to multiple media outlets. This potential move comes more than six years after the couple relocated to California with their children.

Reports from The Daily Telegraph and The Sun suggest the couple intends to bring their children, Archie and Lilibet, back to the UK this month. The British news agency Press Association has also indicated awareness of these alleged plans. However, no specific sources have been disclosed, and neither the couple nor the Royal Palace has provided official confirmation.

Harry and Meghan stepped down from their royal duties in 2020 and moved to California. Their relationship with the Royal Family has been described as strained since then. Despite this, Harry expressed a desire for reconciliation last year.

During a visit to the UK in September 2025, Harry met with his father, King Charles III. More recently, the King reportedly met with his estranged son's family at his residence in Gloucestershire. Archie and Lilibet had not seen their grandfather since 2022. Queen Camilla was also reportedly present at the recent meeting. The Palace described the gathering as a "private family matter."
