BTS's 'Swim' Rises on Billboard Hot 100 in 11th Week

South Korean supergroup BTS is seeing a resurgence on the U.S. Billboard charts with their song "Swim." The track, from their fifth full-length album "ARIRANG," has climbed to 41st place on the prestigious Hot 100 chart in its 11th week of release, demonstrating remarkable longevity.

This upward movement follows previous gains, with "Swim" jumping 11 spots to 44th on the chart dated June 6. The song's sustained popularity is even more evident on Billboard's global charts. It currently holds the 5th position on the Global 200 and secured the 2nd spot on the Global Excl. U.S. chart, where it has remained in the top tier for 11 consecutive weeks.

"Swim" has achieved significant milestones on the Global Excl. U.S. chart, topping it for a record eighth time. This accomplishment makes it the most-charted No. 1 song for a 2026 release and ties it with BTS's own mega-hit "Dynamite" for the longest-running number one single.

Despite the members currently fulfilling their mandatory military service, BTS, under HYBE label Big Hit Music, continues to dominate the global music scene. Since their 2013 debut, they have released numerous hits like "Dynamite," "Butter," and "Permission to Dance." Their latest album "ARIRANG," released in March, has been met with widespread acclaim, with tracks like "Swim," "Body to Body," and "Hooligan" gaining significant traction.

Adding to their accolades, BTS recently took home the top award, "Artist of the Year," along with two other trophies at the American Music Awards, one of the three major U.S. music award ceremonies. The group is currently embarking on their "ARIRANG" world tour, with upcoming concerts in Busan on June 12 and 13, coinciding with their debut anniversary, which they plan to celebrate with their domestic fans.
