Bulgaria: Medzhidiev proposes including medical staff labor in clinical pathway costs

Asen Medzhidiev, the sole candidate for deputy governor of Bulgaria's National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF), has put forward a proposal to incorporate the labor of doctors and nurses as a distinct element within the pricing of clinical pathways.
