Bulgarian Sports Minister vows to review all facility rental contracts

Bulgaria's Minister of Sports, Encho Keryazov, has declared that all rental agreements for sports facilities across the country will be thoroughly examined. This sweeping review aims to identify and terminate any contracts that are not being utilized for their intended sporting purposes.

Keryazov stated that his ministry will take decisive action against any lessees found to be engaging in activities unrelated to sports within these venues. The minister emphasized that the primary goal is to ensure that public sports facilities are dedicated to promoting athletic activities and serving the needs of athletes and sports organizations.

The announcement comes as part of an effort to bring greater transparency and accountability to the management of sports infrastructure.
