Bulova Launches Limited Edition Lunar Pilot Watch with Innovative Timascus Dial

Bulova has unveiled its latest creation, the Lunar Pilot 98A329, a limited edition timepiece that draws inspiration from the universe of lunar exploration and space endeavors. This new model is distinguished by its dial, crafted for the first time from Timascus, an exclusive titanium alloy celebrated for its resilience, lightness, and distinctive multicolored patterns achieved through a sophisticated thermal treatment process. Each dial exhibits unique variations, ensuring that every watch is an inimitable expression of design and technological artistry.

The launch event aimed to provide an immersive experience, transporting guests to the historical DNA of Bulova. Attendees, including special guests and brand friends, explored the extraordinary piece amidst an ambiance enhanced by audiovisual projections and special exhibitions of the Archive Series - Lunar Pilot collection. The evening was graced by the presence of Alfredo Ramos, President of Citizen Latin America Corp., and Brazilian artist Thiago Rosinhole, whose artistic collaboration imbues this limited edition with a unique creative dimension, bridging watchmaking, art, and contemporary expression.

He also highlighted Guatemala's significant position, noting, "Today Guatemala is positioned among the five largest markets in all of Latin America, for such a small country, that means our distributor has done an incredible job."

The Bulova Lunar Pilot 98A329 is a limited run of 5,500 pieces globally. It features a high-performance HPQ NP20 quartz movement operating at 262 kHz, offering superior precision. The 43.5 mm stainless steel case includes an individually numbered screw-down case back engraved with "Budii," an iconic character created by Rosinhole for this collaboration. The Timascus dial displays unique blue gradient tones with purple and turquoise reflections, a result of thermal effects that create a distinct visual pattern on each watch. The model also includes a chronograph function.
