Burgermania 2026: Dates, combo prices, and participating burger joints announced

Buenos Aires is set to host Burgermania 2026, a culinary event celebrating burgers, from September 15 to 17. This year's edition, dubbed 'Signature Edition' and curated by Leandro Volpe of @club.leno, will span across various burger joints in Buenos Aires City (CABA) and the surrounding province, eschewing a single venue for a circuit-style experience.

During the three-day festival, each participating establishment will present a unique burger creation offered as a combo, complete with fries and a beverage. The price for these special combos will be $13,500 in CABA and $12,500 in the province of Buenos Aires. This format allows attendees to explore different culinary offerings across multiple locations.

Among the participating restaurants are The Flour Store, offering a double smash burger with caramelized onion, bacon, cheddar, and alioli on potato bread. TMT Burgers will feature a sweet potato bun with double meat, four slices of cheddar, bacon, crispy onion, and barbecue sauce. Taffer presents its version of a quarter pounder with a meat patty, cheddar, bacon, onion, and ketchup, served with fries and a drink.

Other notable participants include Smash Burger & Beer, known for its double cheddar, crispy bacon, and smoky sauce; Shivo’s with its "Par mil" burger featuring meat, cheddar, raw onion, ketchup, and mustard, accompanied by noisette potatoes and a drink; and Frytki.arg, serving a double 100-gram smash burger with cheddar, bacon, crispy onion, and sweet mustard. Saint Burger will offer its "Goliat" with two 120-gram patties, double cheddar, and double bacon, while Mi Barrio's "Palermo Hollywood" boasts double pasture-raised smash patties, a fried egg, crispy bacon, cheddar, grilled onion, and barbecue sauce.

LeBross Burgers will present its "American Crispy" with double meat, cheddar, bacon, crispy and chopped onion, barbecue, and bacon mayonnaise. The event promises a diverse range of flavors and styles, catering to burger enthusiasts across the region.
