Car prices drop in Argentina for July 2026 with brand-specific discounts

Automakers in Argentina are implementing significant price reductions and offering bonuses on various car models throughout July 2026 in an effort to stimulate demand. This strategy follows a challenging first half of the year for the automotive market, which experienced a 9.9% decrease in new vehicle registrations compared to the same period in 2025.

According to data from the Association of Automobile Dealers of the Argentine Republic (Acara), 294,181 new vehicles were registered between January and June. In response to this downturn, manufacturers are intensifying their commercial strategies. Several brands have opted to maintain prices on some models while others are providing substantial discounts on selected versions.

Renault is offering a bonus of up to $2,000,000 on its Kardian model, with list prices starting at $38,300,000. The Arkana sees a discount of up to $5,000,000 from its list price of $55,510,000, and the Koleos Techno has a bonus of up to $12,000,000 off its $80,550,000 list price.

Honda is also providing incentives, with the Civic Advanced Hybrid available at a special price of US$49,900, a $4,100 reduction from its US$54,000 list price. The CR-V EXL AWD is discounted by US$5,000 to US$65,800, and the CR-V Advanced Hybrid is offered at US$69,900, also with a $5,000 discount.

Grupo Stellantis is offering deals through Citroën, including a $7,190,000 reduction on the C3 VTi AT Feel Pack, bringing its price to $27,000,000. The Basalt T200 Shine is discounted by $7,400,000 to $33,800,000, and the Aircross T200 Shine is $8,300,000 less than its list price, at $35,700,000. Additionally, Forthing Argentina is offering a $2,000 discount on all six of its models, including the T5 EVO, T5 HEV, Friday REEV, U-Tour, U-Tour HEV, and S7 REEV.
