Cargo truck driver dies after rear-ending vehicle at red light in Yangsan

A fatal collision occurred on August 10th in Yangsan City, South Korea, when a cargo truck rear-ended another vehicle stopped at a traffic signal. The driver of the striking truck, a man in his 60s identified as A 씨, sustained severe injuries and later died after being transported to the hospital.

The incident took place around 10:35 AM in the Mulgeum-eup district. Reports indicate that A 씨's truck was traveling in the second lane of a three-lane road when it collided with the rear of a cargo truck that was stationary at a red light in front of it.

The driver of the front truck, a man in his 70s identified as B 씨, suffered minor injuries in the crash. Authorities confirmed that neither driver was under the influence of alcohol nor operating without a license at the time of the accident.
