CCC 2026 to Discuss Indonesia's Crypto Industry Opportunities and Digital Assets

Indonesia's cryptocurrency industry is entering a new phase, with a growing emphasis on blockchain technology applications beyond mere trading activities. Factors such as strengthened regulations, expanded use of digital assets, and the cultivation of trust are seen as crucial determinants of the industry's future trajectory.

This evolving landscape will be the central focus of the CFX Crypto Conference (CCC) 2026, organized by PT Central Finansial X (CFX) in Jakarta on June 8, 2026. The conference coincides with CFX's third anniversary as Indonesia's first licensed crypto exchange. Under the theme "Chapter III: Pillars of Trust, Building a Resilient Foundation for Sustainability and Digital Asset Sovereignty," the event aims to convene regulators, industry players, academics, and the public to deliberate on the national digital asset ecosystem's development.

CFX CEO Subani highlighted that the global crypto industry is undergoing significant changes, with crypto assets increasingly viewed not just as investment instruments but as tools for various digital finance applications. He pointed to the development of stablecoins, crypto repos, and the tokenization of real-world assets (RWA) as evidence of blockchain technology's expanding potential in economic activities. "At this year's CCC, we are focusing on strengthening the pillars of trust as the key to the ecosystem's maturity and innovation," Subani stated. "We believe that to drive industry scalability, all parties must move in synergy. Therefore, a key focus is promoting the development and expansion of crypto asset use cases beyond trading activities."

CFX emphasizes the need for collaboration among regulators, industry participants, academics, and innovators to ensure that digital asset development aligns with robust governance and consumer protection. Through various discussion sessions, CCC 2026 will explore the challenges, opportunities, and latest developments in Indonesia's digital asset industry, aiming to keep it competitive within the dynamic global landscape. The conference will also feature the signing of memorandums of understanding between CFX and several universities, the launch of new digital asset products, and the presentation of the Anugerah Ksatria CFX 2026 awards to Digital Financial Asset Traders (PAKD) to recognize their contributions to the national crypto industry.
