A dispute over a neighbor's dog escalated into serious threats for Argentine media personality Alejandra Maglietti. The situation began when Maglietti, an attorney and commentator, posted on social media platform X about a neighbor's pit bull not wearing a muzzle in a common area of their building.

The public complaint led to aggressive messages and threats, including one directed at her one-year-old son, Manuel. "It was horrible, I had a very bad time," Maglietti confessed in a television interview. She explained that the conflict with the neighbor regarding the dog's muzzle had been ongoing, with other mothers in the building also expressing similar concerns for their young children's safety.

Maglietti later clarified her stance, stating she is not against any dog breeds but advocates for the legal requirement of muzzles for specific breeds, such as pit bulls, in public and shared spaces. She accused some media outlets of misrepresenting her comments to incite aggression and use her as a target.
