Child killer killed in prison by gang hitman; stabbed over 30 times and posed in 'sleeping' position

A British inmate, Kyle Bevan, who was serving a life sentence for the horrific murder of his 2-year-old stepdaughter, Lola James, has been killed in prison. Bevan was attacked and stabbed more than 30 times by three fellow inmates in his cell at HMP Wakefield. The brutal assault, captured on surveillance footage, showed the attackers entering Bevan's cell and leaving after just under five minutes, with the victim suffering 25 stab wounds.

One of the alleged assailants has been identified as Mark Fellows, a notorious contract killer known in the underworld as 'The Iceman.' Fellows, already serving a life sentence for murdering two rival gang leaders, is described as a cold and calculating killer, drawing comparisons to the fictional character Dexter. The motive for this prison murder was reportedly not personal revenge but a calculated move by the inmates to pressure prison authorities into transferring them to a different facility.
