Children's Home Celebrates End of Summer with Joyful Activities

Children at the Ministry of Health and Welfare's Central Region Children's Home enjoyed a vibrant celebration marking the end of their summer vacation. The event, held before the start of the new school year on Monday, August 31st, brought together 20 children for an afternoon of engaging activities and gifts.

Supported by the Zhongyang Group and Yixiang New Paradise, the children participated in lively singing and dancing sessions, transforming the home into a "little playground." They also engaged in creative crafting using corn blocks. The atmosphere was filled with laughter and energy as the children, some initially shy, joyfully moved to the music.

In addition to the entertainment, the children received a generous donation of over 200 books and picture books. These included popular series like "Kaiki Zorori," "Magical Candy Store," SEL self-awareness picture books, and "Where's Wally?" The diverse collection aims to foster a love for reading, covering adventure stories, imaginative worlds, and emotional exploration.
