Chile's Expo Inclusión Fair to Connect People with Disabilities to Jobs Using AI

The 2026 edition of Expo Inclusión, a fair dedicated to fostering inclusion and connecting talent with opportunities, will take place at the Estación Mapocho from October 19 to 23. This event serves as a crucial platform for forging alliances between the private and public sectors, specifically focusing on creating inclusive environments and linking individuals with disabilities to suitable job offers.

The physical component of the fair is scheduled for October 21 and 22, while the online version will be accessible from October 19 to 23 via the website Expoinclusion.cl. The online portal will feature an "innovative job platform powered by artificial intelligence" designed to connect more than 80 companies with potential employees who have disabilities.

Paola Ortega, the executive director of the fair, stated that Expo Inclusión aims to provide companies with "talent, knowledge, and concrete tools that allow them to advance from commitment to real inclusion." The organization has opened free pre-registration for the event through its website.
