Chilevisión reveals four judges for new singing competition 'Fiebre de Canto'

Chilevisión has announced the four judges who will preside over its upcoming singing competition, "Fiebre de Canto." The show promises to feature celebrities competing live in vocal performances, with the judging panel set to bring a diverse range of expertise.

The confirmed judges include Verónica Villarroel, a renowned Chilean soprano with international experience at venues like the Royal Opera House in London and Teatro alla Scala in Milan. She has received Chile's National Music Prize twice. Luis Jara, a well-known singer and television host with numerous studio albums and a Golden Seagull award from the Viña del Mar Festival, also joins the panel. Jara brings prior experience as a talent show judge.

Emilia Dides, a former Miss Chile and daughter of soprano Joanna Maffei, adds another musical dimension to the judging. Dides won a singing category on the talent show "Rojo, el color del talento" in 2018 and served as a judge at the Viña del Mar Festival in 2025, where she was also crowned Festival Queen. Completing the quartet is Vasco Moulian, an actor, theater director, and host, who will reprise his role as a judge, having previously served in that capacity for "Fiebre de Baile."

Diana Bolocco will host "Fiebre de Canto." Among the celebrity contestants announced so far are Eva Gómez, Fernando Larraín, Matías Oviedo, Etienne Bobenrieth, Julio Milostich, Nel Mauri, Juan Pedro Verdier, and Camila Andrade. The lineup suggests a lively and competitive season for the new Chilean entertainment program.
